We're looking for a front-end / rails developer to join our growing team.
You're primary responsibilities includes developing interactive User Interfaces for websites, web apps and mobile sites. You should know HTML, CSS and JavaScript better than your own mother. We develop everything on rails, so you'll need extensive knowledge building sites, apps and CMSs on rails.
Absolute skillset requirements:
- 1-3 years experience building web and/or mobile applications
- HTML/CSS, HTML5/CSS3, and JavaScript are your b*tch
- Rails experience and development
- Fluent in JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX and JSON
- MVC architecture and development
- Git & version control
Desired:
- Experience with Haml and Sass (or Less)
- Advanced understanding of JavaScript and AJAX Technologies
- Understanding of css sprites, coding efficiently, and page speed optimization
- Experience with Backbone.js and Ext.js a PLUS
Responsibilities:
- Thorough understanding of full project process from concepting through to delivery
- Provide feedback on technical feasibility to account and creative team members
- Key person during technical phases of prototyping
